I think you are doing awesome.Hi Gerald,
Thank you for deciding to give us a try. We of course haven't been around for years, but I think we have started off like any of the good companies that have been around awhile - by someone who loves what they do.

Would be awesome to have a review system so I could read about other customers' experiences.Hi Melissa,
Glad you've been very happy except for the nasturtium. I guess they are tricky for people sometimes. I sow them outdoors in seed starter pots and have had very good luck that way. Some people swear by soaking or scarification(nicking the seed.) Those two ways may do better for indoor sowing.
For reviews, people leave them mainly on the three sites listed in the link, but in other smaller forums, people do leave reviews too.

search enginesHi Carlos,
I'm sorry you had trouble. You should not of had nothing grow. The germination percentage should be 75-80%. Hopefully we can get to the bottom of the problem.
Inside, did you use heat?
What kind of potting mix are you using?
Did you try to germinate doing the paper towel method? http://www.yougrowgirl.com/2002/10/04/a-quick-and-easy-germination-test/ That works well in a warm spot like on top of the fridge. This like says to roll up the paper towel, but just folding it works fine.
Outside can be tricky. The weather must be very warm and the pot must stay moist until germination.

potatoesGlad you were happy with your seeds
Potatoes, which are part of the night shade family (same as tomatoes, peppers, eggplants,) are grown 2 ways from seed potatoes which are potatoes that you plant. The plants make potatoes the same as the potato you started with. There is also true potato seed, but plants grown from those do not make potatoes the same as the parent. They also take 2 seasons to make full sized tubers. So unless you are hybridizing potatoes, it is best to start with seed potatoes not true seed. I will not be carrying potatoes to sell. A place that comes well recommended is at this link http://www.potatogarden.com/
Sweet potatoes are not the same as potatoes. Sweet potatoes are actually part of the Morning Glory family. They are normally raised from slips. Slips are baby plants started from the tubers. Again it is sort of the same as potatoes in that you do not start from actual seed unless you are planning to hybridize since plants from seed vary from the parent. So I will not be selling those either.
A great place to get sweet potato slips is Sand Hill Preservation. It is best to order early to make sure you get what you want. They are done taking orders for this season. http://www.sandhillpreservation.com/pages/sweetpotato_catalog.html
Hope that helps,
Remy

Thank you I will try to add more info to those which stray from the norm. Most seeds as you may know follow the same rules for planting.

anything that will grow high desert Zone 8,Sunset Zone 11Hi,
Getting seeds for those plants is often difficult since they are not readily available to buy wholesale. So the only other choice is to grow them, but of course I do not live in the desert. I do offer a few that are definitely for very arid conditions. I will try to add more as I can find them.

Tomato, pepperHi Gary,
So good to hear!
For the Remy Rouge, the smallest I've used is the one in the photo which I'm going to say is about 12" tall. I've not tried smaller. I only stay really small with the tiny dwarfs.

Great variety - all good.Hi Jodie,
I so glad you like the site and found the Lime Basil!
You can see your cart on each page by clicking on the "View Your Cart" button. The button does show up smaller than the others. (PayPal controls that, not me.) I'll make the wording above the button in another color to make it stand out more.
Thank you,

So glad you are happy and have had great germination rates! Starting my tomatoes this year, I really did notice a marked difference between my seeds and some others. I'm not sure why, but I'll keep doing what I'm doing

web searchHi Teresa,
We do send an email when the order is shipped.
We do not send instructions, but if you can not find instructions for something, please ask, and I will help. Don't feel you are getting in over your head! Seed starting is normally pretty darn easy. We often make things more complicated than they are And even if a mistake is made, at least it is an inexpensive one, and there are always more successes than failures.
